Event Description
A mix of erging and circuit/weight training, led by AHOY rowing coach Sarah Cairn. This is a shared training session with another rowing club; we have 10 places available. If not filled by Thames Barbarians will be put out to rowing friends to fill. Cost £10 a head. This will be a regular fixture on Thursday evenings, from 12 January. \| Dates: 12/1; 19/1; 26/1; 2/2; 9/2. (Break for half term) Then: 23/2; 2/3; 9/3; 16/3; 23/3 \|
